Biography

He was born in Sivas in 1975. He graduated from Cumhuriyet University Mining Engineering Department in 1996. He started his academic life as a research assistant at Selcuk University Mining Engineering Department in 1999. He completed his master`s degree in 2002 and his doctorate in 2007 in the same department. He was appointed as an assistant professor to Selçuk University Mining Engineering Department in 2011. He became Associate Professor in 2012 and Professor in 2017. He has been working as the head of the Department of Mining Engineering at Konya Technical University since 2020. Areas of expertise: Mine mechanization and technology, tunneling, mining machinery, occupational health and safety, mining policies, emergency management
