Abstract

The area covered in the study is TKGM ratio campus, and the method used is the most effective and most efficient use analysis (EVKA). Data on the region where the rate campus is located was collected, organized and used in analysis studies. The results, alternatives and suggestions obtained according to the needs of the region were shared. At the same time, suggestions for PROPTECH investors are included in order to make a real-time EVKA depending on the developing technologies.
