Biography
Dr. Tayfun Cay is a Prof. Dr. of Geomatic Engineering at the Konya Technical University, Turkey. He worked at Selcuk University between 1989-2017. He has been working at Konya Technical University since 2018. He completed his PhD study at Selcuk University (1994), in “Project planning and management in land consolidation activities” subject. He has an MSc from Selcuk University, Department of Geomatic Engineering (1989), and a BSc from Selcuk University (1987), in Geomatic Engineering. His research interests; Land consolidation, Land management, cadastre law and project planning and management .
