Geleneksel Türk Evinden Apartman Tipi Konutlara Geçiş Sürecinde Konut Kültürünün Gelişimi; Yozgat Örneği

Abstract

Konut ve Kültür çalışmaları tarihsel süreç kapsamında ele alındığında, Konut değişen sosyolojik, ekonomik, politik ve yaşam biçimi gibi değerlerin doğrudan etkilediği ve tarihi süreç içinde değişen kültürel değerler arasında karşılaştırmaların yapılabildiği en temel birimdir. Geleneksel Türk evleri, Türk ailesinin yaşam kültürüne göre şekillenmiş, kendine özgü mimari özelliklere sahip asırlarca Türk ailesinin yaşam şekline cevap vermiş bir konut tipidir. Konut tipolojisi Sosyo-kültürel durumdan etkilendiği kadar Ülkenin politik yapısı, kentlerin planlama stratejileri ve imar durumları gibi farklı faktörlerin etkisiyle de şekillenmektedir. Endüstrileşme ve Nüfus göçlerinin etkisiyle 18. Yüzyıl ortalarında İngiltere’de başlayıp daha sonra bütün Avrupa ülkelerinde yapılmaya başlayan Apartman tipi konutlar, Ülkemizde Tanzimat fermanının ilan edilmesinden sonra yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Cumhuriyetin ilanından sonra yapılan reformlar, endüstrileşme ve nüfus göçleri etkisiyle Yozgat’ta da Apartman tipi konutların yapılmaya başladığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Tespit edilen Geleneksel Türk evleri ve Apartman tipi konutların Mimari özellikleri zamana bağlı olarak Fiziksel ve Fonksiyonel değişimi incelenmiş, röleveleri hazırlanarak karşılaştırmaları yapılmıştır.

When Housing and Culture studies are considered within the scope of the historical process, Housing is the most basic unit that is directly affected by values such as changing sociological, economic, political and lifestyle and where comparisons can be made between cultural values that have changed in the historical process. Traditional Turkish houses are a type of residence that has been shaped according to the living culture of the Turkish family and has responded to the way of life of the Turkish family for centuries with its own unique architectural features. Housing typology is influenced by the socio-cultural situation as well as the economic and political structure of the country, the planning strategies of the cities and the zoning situations. Apartment type houses, which started to be built in England in the middle of the 18th century with the effect of industrialization and population migrations and then started to be built in all European countries, started to be built after the declaration of the Tanzimat edict in our country. With the effect of reforms, industrialization and population migrations after the declaration of the Republic, it is seen that apartment type houses have started to be built in Yozgat. In this study, the Physical and Functional changes of the Traditional Turkish houses and apartment type houses determined depending on the time were examined, the reliefs were prepared and compared.
