Abstract

Teknolojinin Konut Tasarımına Etkisi, Konya Kenti Alan Çalışması' başlıklı bu çalışmada, konut ve teknoloji kavramlarının oluşum süreçleri ve varoluşlarından bugüne kadar geçirmiş oldukları değişimler Konya ölçeğinde incelenmektedir. İlk çağdan bugüne kadar insanlar, barınma ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için çeşitli yöntemler ve yapım teknikleri üretmişlerdir. Üretilen her fikir geleceğe taşınamasa da insanlar barınma ihtiyaçlarını gidermek için sürekli bir arayış içinde olmuşlardır. Günümüzde gelinen son noktada ise tasarlanan konutlar, son teknoloji ile uyumlu ve akıllı konutlar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. İlk çağlardan günümüze kadar teknolojik alanda çeşitli gelişmeler yaşanmıştır. Her zaman daha iyiyi hedefleyen bu gelişmeler, insanların ihtiyaçlarını da beraberinde değiştirmiştir. 21.yy'da her alanda olduğu gibi teknoloji alanında da çeşitli gelişmeler yaşanmaktadır. Yaşanılan bu teknolojik gelişmeler konut tasarımlarında da etkisini göstermektedir.Teknolojiden yoksun olarak tasarlanan konutlar kullanıcı isteklerine cevap verememektedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı teknolojinin getirmiş olduğu yenilikler ile daha sağlıklı konutlar nasıl tasarlanır sorusuna cevap aramak, Konya'da var olan konutlarda teknoloji ne düzeyde kullanılmış bunu tespit etmek ve konutlarda görülen teknolojik izlerden konut kullanıcılarının ne derece memnun olduğunu araştırmaktır. Çalışmada ilk olarak çalışmanın konusu, amacı ve kapsamı belirlenmiştir. Ardından çalışma ile ilgili olan literatür araştırması yapılmıştır. Araştırmaların sonucunda teknolojinin konut tasarımı üzerindeki etkisini en iyi şekilde anlamak için bölümler belirlenmiştir. Bu bölümlerde teknoloji ve konut ilk olarak kavramsal açıdan ele alınmıştır. Bir sonraki aşamada teknolojinin konut tasarımına olan etkisi irdelenmiştir. Daha sonra teknoloji ve konut arasındaki bağ ile konutta oluşan değişiklikler incelenmiş ve gelecekte konut tasarımının gelebileceği yerler hakkında fikirler üretilmiştir. Konya kenti konut kullanıcıları ile yapılan anketler sonucunda Konya kentinde bulunan konutların teknoloji ile bağı ölçülmüştür. Son olarak sonuç ve öneri bölümünde, yapılan araştırmalar neticesinde elde edilen bilgilerden çıkarılan ana fikirler sunulmuştur. Teknolojinin konut tasarımı üstündeki olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri dile getirilmiş ve olumsuz yönleri azaltılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın tamamında gerekli grafik, şekil ve tablolara yer verilmiştir.

In the study titled ''The Effect Of Technology On Housing Design, City Of Konya Field Study '', the change since the existence of housing and ecology. Until today are examined in the city of Konya. Since early ages, people have produced various methods and construction techniques to meet their sheltering needs. Even if every idea produced cannot be carried to the future, people have been in a search to meet their sheltering needs. The highest point reached nowadays, the designed houses appear as smart and compatible houses with the latest technology. Various developments have been experienced in the technological field since the early ages. These developments, always aiming for the better, have changed the needs of people with it As in every field in the 21 st century, there are various developments in the field of technology. These techonological developments have been shown in housing design,too. Houses designed without technology cannot respond people's needs. The main purpose of this study is to seek an answer of the question such as how to design healthier. More durable houses with the innovations which technology brought, to determine how much techonology is used in existing houses in Konya and to find out how satisfied the technology users are. Firstly, the subject, purpose and space of the study were determined. Second, the literature rewiew related to the study was conducted. As result of the studies, sections were determined to understand. The effect of technology on housing design in the best way. In the sections, technology and housing are first conceptually discussed. In the next stage, the effect of technology on housing designed was addressed. Then, the connection between technology and housing and changes in housing were analysed and ideas were produced about how developed housing design will be in the future. As the results of surveys conducted with the users of houses in Konya, the connection between houses in Konya and technology was measured. Finally, in the result and suggestions sections, main ideas abtained as a result of the researches were presented. The positive and negative aspects of the techonology on housing design were expressed and the negative aspect were tried to be reduced.
