Konya- Derebucak kırsal konut mimarisi: Pınarbaşı Köyü örneği

Abstract

Geleneksel evler, kültürümüzü ve tarihimizi yansıtan, geleceğe aktarılmasına yardımcı olan önemli kültür varlıklarıdır. Köy ve kasaba gibi kırsal yerleşmelerde, doğa ve iklime uyumlu geleneksel konut örnekleri oldukça fazladır. Konya'ya 140 km uzaklıkta olan Derebucak'ın Pınarbaşı Mahallesinde özgün mimari karaktere sahip birçok geleneksel konut bulunmaktadır. Bu evlerin mimari ve estetik özelliklerini kaybetmeden tespitlerinin yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, her geçen gün değişmekte ve kaybolmakta olan Pınarbaşı evlerinin mimari özelliklerini tespit etmek ve literatüre kazandırarak kalıcılığını sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Tez kapsamında giriş bölümünde çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yöntemi açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde Türk evi, üçüncü bölümde ise kırsal mimari genel hatlarıyla anlatılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde Derebucak ilçesinin tarihçesi, coğrafi ve yerleşim özellikleri yer almaktadır. Beşinci bölümde yedi örnek yapı teknik yönden incelenmiş, fotoğraf ve rölöve çizimleriyle detaylandırılmıştır. Altıncı bölümde, köyde tespit edilen sivil mimarlık örneklerine yer verilmiştir. Yedinci bölümde Pınarbaşı evleri mimari özellikleri ve yapım tekniği açısından değerlendirilmiş ve Türk evi içindeki yeri aranmıştır. Son bölümde ise değerlendirmeler ışığında sonuç ve öneriler sunulmuştur. Konu ile ilgili Pınarbaşı'ndaki evlerin tamamı incelenmiş, özgünlüğünü koruyan geleneksel konutlar tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen evlerin çoğunluğunun iç sofalı, bir kısmının ise dış sofalı olarak yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. Evlerin mimari özelliklerinin benzerliği dikkat çekicidir. Bu sebeple Geleneksel Pınarbaşı evleri diye adlandırabileceğimiz bir yapı grubundan bahsetmek mümkündür. Bu evlerin mimari değerlerinin korunması ve geleceğe aktarılması önem arz etmektedir. Kaybettikleri kimlikleri geri kazandırılarak, bölge turizminin gelişmesine katkı sağlaması hedeflenmiştir.

Traditional houses are important cultural assets that reflect our culture and history, help transfer them to the future. In rural settlements such as village and town, nature and climate-compatible traditional housing examples are quite high. There are many traditional housing with unique architectural character in the Pınarbaşı neighborhood of Derebucak, which is 140 km away from Konya. The architectural and aesthetic features of these houses should be determined without losing. In this study, it is aimed to determine the architectural features of Pınarbaşı houses which are changing and disappearing with each passing day and to ensure the permanence of bring in the literature. The aim, scope and method of the study are explained in the introduction part of the thesis. In the second part the Turkish house and in the third part the rural architecture is explained in general terms. In the fourth section, history, geographical and settlement characteristics of Derebucak district are located. In the fifth chapter, seven sample structures are examined in technical terms and detailed with photographs and survey drawings. In the sixth section, examples of civil architecture found in the village are given place. In the seventh section, Pınarbaşı houses were evaluated in terms of their architectural features and construction techniques and searched place in Turkish house. In the last section, conclusions and recommendations are presented in the light of the evaluations. About the topic, all the houses in Pınarbaşı have been examined and traditional houses have been identified. It was determined that the majority of the houses examined were built with internal hall and some with external hall. The similarity of the architectural features of the houses is remarkable. For this reason, it is possible to talk about a group of buildings that we can call Traditional Pınarbaşı houses. It is important to preserve the architectural and develop historical values of these houses and to transfer the cultural heritage to the future. By restoring their lost identities, they can contribute to improving the tourism characteristics of the region
