Değer Akış Haritalama Sürecinde Kriter ve Alternatiflerin Değerlendirilmesinde Bulanık Karar Verme ve Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Günümüzde firmaların varlığını sürdürebilmesi için satışlarından kâr elde edebilmeleri gerekmektedir. Satış fiyatlarını ürün piyasasının belirlediği bir ortamda, üretilen ürünlerin maliyetlerini düşürmenin önemi giderek artmaktadır. Ürünün maliyetini oluşturan birçok girdi vardır ancak bunların hepsi ürün üzerinde bir değer oluşturmamaktadır. Yalın üretim içerisinde yer alan yöntemlerden biri olan değer akış haritalama yöntemi ile değer katan ve değer katmayan işler belirlenebilmektedir. Belirlenen bu mevcut durum sonrasında ise üretim yaparken değer katan işlerin olduğu yeni bir süreç tasarlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada belirsizliklerin çok olduğu üretim alanlarında bulanık değer akış haritalama yöntemi uygulaması anlatılarak israfların önüne geçmek ve daha verimli bir üretim gerçekleştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Konya'da yer alan katlanır bomlu vinç imalatı yapan bir firmada yapılan uygulamada mevcut durum haritası oluşturularak israflar gözlemlenmiştir. İsrafların ortadan kaldırılabilmesi için en etkili yalın üretim yöntemi seçilmiştir. Yöntemin seçilmesi aşamasında Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (BAHS) yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Kaizen iyileştirmeleriyle birlikte gelecek durum haritası tasarlanmıştır. Firmadaki montaj alanına kurulan yeni üretim sistemi sayesinde israflarda önemli bir düşüş sağlanarak montaj hattının üretim kapasitesi artırılmıştır.

Companies need to be able to make a profit from their sales in order to survive. The importance of reducing the costs of products produced in an environment determined by the sales market is increasingly important. There are many inputs that make up the cost of the product, but not all of them have value on the product. Value adding and non-adding works can be determined by value stream mapping method which is one of the methods in lean production. After this determined situation, a new process is designed in which there are works that add value to production. In this study, the application of fuzzy value stream mapping method in production areas where uncertainties are high is aimed to prevent wastes and to realize more efficient production. In the application made in a company manufacturing folding boom cranes in Konya, the current situation map was created and wastes were observed. The most effective lean production method has been chosen in order to eliminate wastes. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method was used during the selection of the method. A future status map is designed with Kaizen improvements. Thanks to the new production system installed in the assembly area in the company, the production capacity of the assembly line was increased by providing a significant reduction in waste
