Konya Havzan Bölgesindeki Güvenlikli Sitelerde Cephe Algısının Araştırılması

Abstract

İnsanların temel gereksinimleri olan yeme-içme, barınma, temizlik, dinlenme, eğlenme vb. gereksinimlerini karşıladıkları, genellikle dış ortamdan ayrılmış, farklı mekânlardan oluşan, insanların dönemsel ihtiyaçlarına bağlı olarak değişiklik gösteren, tarihte ilk barınma ihtiyacı ile oluşmuş mekânlardan günümüze kadar devam etmiş mekânlar bütünüdür. Yapılan çalışmada, Konya'daki güvenlikli site yerleşimlerinin oluşum sürecinin irdelenmesi ve konut alanlarının gelişme gösterdiği alanlarda güvenlikli sitelerin plan tiplerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada detaylı literatür araştırması yapılmış ve Konya Kent planları dikkate alınarak tespit edilen güvenlikli site yerleşkelerinin mimari projeleri incelenmiştir. Bu tezde, Konya'da sürekli gelişmekte olan Havzan bölgesindeki 5 farklı güvenlikli siteyi cephe algısı yönünden incelenmiştir. Çalışmada konut kavramı, Türkiye'deki konut gelişimi, Konya'daki tarihsel konut gelişimine değinilmiştir. Konya'nın gelişimi tarihsel süreç içinde anlatılmıştır. Güvenli site yerleşimleri detaylı şekilde araştırılıp değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmamız güvenlikli sitelerin özellikleri, Dünya'daki ve Türkiye'deki gelişimleri, sınıflandırılmaları, tasarım ölçütleri, Konya'daki gelişimi gibi alt başlıklar altında anlatılmıştır. Çalışma alanı olarak seçilen Konya Meram Havzan bölgesinde yer alan 5 adet güvenlikli site yerleşimleri özellikleriyle tanıtılmıştır. Alınan mimari uygulama projeleri aynı dilde renklendirilip fotoğraf haline getirilerek tiplerine göre ayrılıp detaylı şekilde tablolardan yararlanılarak anlatılmıştır. Son olarak çalışma alanı içerisindeki konutlarda oluşturulan anket yardımıyla sitelerdeki cephe algıları araştırılmış ve SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) programı kapsamında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.

Residence is a whole of places including structures ranging from the very first shelter to today's buildings where people meet the basic needs like eating-drinking, sheltering, cleaning, resting, having a good time etc.; that usually seperated from outside, composed of different spaces, changes due to periodic needs. In this study it is aimed to examine the formation process of the Gated Communities in Konya and to examine the plan types of the gated communities in the development areas of residential areas, a detailed literatüre search is also performed and the architectural projects of the gated communities, which were determined according to the Konya city plans, were examined. İn this study the different Gated Communities in the Havzan region in Konya, which is constantly developing, is analyzed in terms of facade perception; also the concept of housing, housing development in Turkey and in Konya were mentioned. The development in Konya is described in historical process. The gated communities are searched and evaluated in detail. Our study is explained in subtitles like development in World, Turkey and Konya, design criteria, classifications, properties of gated communities. 5 gated communities located in the region Konya Meram Havzan are introduced with their properties. The architectural application projects are colored and photographed in the same language and grouped according to their types and explained in detail by making use of tables. Finally the perception of the facade on the gated communities were researched with the help of the survey made at houses within the study area and assesments were made with the help of SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program.
