Yüksek Hızlı Tren Garlarının Kent İçi Ulaşım Sistemleriyle Entegrasyonunun Değerlendirilmesi; Ankara Örneği

Abstract

Dünyada ve Türkiye'de süratle gelişen hızlı tren teknolojisi, demiryollarının diğer ulaşım türleri içerisinde rekabet kabiliyetini artırmıştır. Yüksek hızlı tren teknolojisi ile hız, konfor, kalite artmış ve zaman kaybı azalmıştır. Yaşanan bu gelişmelerle birlikte hızlı tren yolculuklarının sayısı artmış ve hızlı tren gar alanları konvansiyonel trenlerden ayrılarak daha da önem kazanmıştır. Yoğun kullanım ve yolculukların artması hızlı tren gar alanlarının; gar içerisine ve yakın çevresine farklı kullanımları çekmesine ve düğüm noktası olmasına neden olmuştur. Bu sebeple büyük bir kamusal kullanım oluşturan gar alanlarının kent içi ulaşım sistemleri ile entegrasyonu büyük önem kazanmıştır. Tez çalışmasının amacı; Türkiye'de yapılan ilk büyük hızlı tren gar kompleksi olan Ankara YHT Garı'nın kent içi ulaşım sistemleriyle olan entegrasyonunun incelenmesidir. Çalışmada niteliksel ve niceliksel metodlar kullanılmıştır. Mevcut toplu taşıma hatları incelenerek, kent planlama süreçleri, haritalar, hat bütünlükleri, ulaşım ağı entegrasyonu, fiziksel entegrasyon, zamansal entegrasyon, bilet ve fiyatlandırma engetrasyonu, kullanıcı bilgilendirmede entegrasyon olmak üzere 5 farklı entegrasyon türünün kritelerine göre analizler yapılmış ve eş erişim çizgileri (isochronal) yöntemiyle yürüme mesafesi cinsinden etki alanı ARCGIS Programı üzerinde analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca Ankara YHT Garı kullanıcıları ile gerçekleştirilen anket sonuçlarının IBM SPSS 25 Programı ile değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Ankara YHT Gar alanının kent içi ulaşım sistemleri ile entegrasyonunda problemler yaşandığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda Ankara YHT Garı'nın kent içi ulaşım ile entegrasyonunun sağlaması için yapılması gereken düzenlemelere ilişkin öneriler sunulmuştur.

In Turkey as well as globally rapid development of high speed train technology has immesely to the competitiveness of railways as an efficent modes of transport. High speed train technology has increased speed, comfort, quality and reduced time savings. With these developments high speed train trips has increased and the high-speed train station areas have become even more important by separating from conventional trains. With intense use and increasing journeys, the high speed train has attracted different usages in and around the railway stations. The railway stations are located as a transportation node. The integration of the railway station areas, which constitute a large public use, with urban transportation also gained importance. The aim of this thesis is; The first major high speed train station complex in Turkey is the integration of Ankara YHT Station with urban transportation system. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used in this study. Existing public transport lines examined. Analyzes were made using urban planning processes, maps, line integrity according to the criteria of 5 different integration types: transport network integration, physical integration, temporal integration, ticket and pricing integration, integration in user information. The effect area in terms of walking distance was analyzed on the ARCGIS Program by isochronal method. In addition, the results of the surveys conducted with users of Ankara YHT Station were evaluated with IBM SPSS 25 Program. As a result, it was found that there were problems in the integration of Ankara YHT Station area with urban transportation systems. In this context, suggestions were made regarding the arrangements to be made in order to ensure the integration of Ankara YHT Station with urban transportation.
