Abstract
Teknolojideki gelişmeler her geçen gün hayatı kolaylaştırmakta ve hayat konforunu artırmaktadır. Ancak inşaat sektöründeki geleneksel üretim teknikleri nedeniyle gün geçtikçe üretim zorlaşmaktadır. Özellikle kalıp işleri ve kalıp işçiliği önemli bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Zorluklarının yanı sıra kalıp işçiliği ve kalıp işlerinin çevresel zararları ve yüksek maliyeti de önemli olumsuzlukları arasındadır. Gelişen teknoloji ile ortaya çıkan 3D baskı beton tekniği inşaat sektöründe kalıp maliyetini ve işçiliği oldukça azaltmaktadır. 3D baskı beton teknolojisi ile yapıların üretiminin katman katman biriktirme şeklinde yapılması sağlanmaktadır. Bu nedenle kalıp kullanımı azalmaktadır. Ayrıca işçilik faktörü de ortadan kalkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada 3D baskı beton teknolojisindeki gelişmeler, bu teknoloji ile üretilen binalardan bahsedilmiştir. Sistemin uygulama zorlukları ve bunlar için yapılan çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Gelecekte 3D baskı betonda olası gelişmelerden bahsedilmiştir.
Developments in technology make life easier and increase life comfort day by day. However, production is becoming more difficult day by day due to traditional production techniques in the construction industry. Especially formworks and formwork workmanship emerge as an important problem. In addition to its difficulties, the environmental damage and high cost of formwork workmanship and formworks are among the important disadvantages. 3D printing concrete technique, which emerged with developing technology, significantly reduces formwork costs and labor in the construction industry. With 3D printing concrete technology, the production of structures is done by deposition layer by layer. Therefore, the use of formworks are decreasing. Additionally, the labor factor is eliminated. In this study, developments in 3D printing concrete technology and buildings produced with this technology are mentioned. The implementation difficulties of the system and the studies carried out for them were examined. Possible developments in 3D printing concrete in the future are mentioned.
