Bir Mermer Fabrikasında Çalışma Duruşlarının Ergonomik Risk Analizi

Abstract

Mermer sektöründe çalışan işçilerde kas iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıkları (KİSR) sıklıkla görülmektedir. Bunun nedeni emek yoğun bir çalışma hayatı, ergonomik koşulların yetersizliği, ağır kaldırma, fiziksel zorlanma, stres, sık ve tekrarlı hareketlerin fazlalığıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir mermer işletmesindeki işçilerin çalışma duruşlarının analiz edilmesidir. 50 işçiye sahip bu mermer işletmesinde işçilerin çalışma duruşları Quick Exposure Check (QEC), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) ve Cornell Kas İskelet Sistemi Rahatsızlıkları Anketi yöntemleri kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Fabrika 3 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Katrak, Fayans ve Este. Katrak bölümünde insan gücüne pek ihtiyaç duyulmadığından çalışmamıza dahil edilmemiştir. Fayans ve Este bölümlerinde toplam 13 istasyon bulunmaktadır. QEC yöntemine göre Kesme 1, Kesme 2 ve Cilalama 1 istasyonları hariç kalan 10 istasyonda sorunlar tespit edilmiştir. RULA yöntemine göre Kesme 1 ve Kesme 2 istasyonları hariç kalan 11 istasyonda sorunlar olduğu görülmüştür. Cornell Kas İskelet Sistemi Rahatsızlıkları Anketi yöntemine göre Kesme 1, Kesme 2 ve Köprülü Kesme istasyonu hariç kalan 10 istasyonda sorunlar tespit edilmiş ve işçilerin çeşitli vücut uzuvlarında ağrılar olduğu saptanmıştır.

Musculoskeletal system disorders (MSD) are common among workers in the marble industry. The reason for this is a labor-intensive work life, inadequate ergonomic conditions, heavy lifting, physical strain, stress, and excessive frequent and repetitive movements. The purpose of this study is to analyze the working postures of workers in a marble plant. The working postures of the workers in this marble plant with 50 workers were examined using the Quick Exposure Check (QEC), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Cornell Musculoskeletal System Questionnaire (CMDQ) methods. The plant consists of 3 sections: Gangsaw, Tile and Este. Since manpower is not needed much in the Gangsaw department, it was not included in our study. There are 13 stations in Tile and Este sections in total. According to the QEC method, problems were detected in remaining 10 stations, excluding Cutting 1, Cutting 2 and Polishing 1 stations. According to the RULA method, problems were observed at the remaining 11 stations, except Cutting 1 and Cutting 2 stations. According to the method of the Cornell Musculoskeletal System Questionnaire, problems were detected at the remaining 10 stations except for the Cutting 1, Cutting 2 and Bridged Cutstation, and it was found that the workers had pain in various body parts.
