Biography
Dr. Tugbahan YILMAZ , is Assist.Prof.Dr. at Konya Technical University, Konya, Turkey, received B.Sc degree from Physics Department, Selcuk University, Konya, Turkey in 2009. Completed her M.Sc. degree in 2011 in the field of laser mass spectrometry and its applications. She completed her Ph.D. degree in 2017 in the field of fabrication organic field-effect transistor via self-assembled monolayer at insulator/semiconductor interfaces. During her Ph.D., she studied as a doctoral student fellow in the ELORGA research group at the Lab. IMS at Universite dé Bordeaux between 2016 and 2017. Her project involved the fabrication, characterization, and optimization of SAM-modified OFETs. She also studied as a postdoctoral fellow in the same group between 2018 and 2019. Her postdoctoral project related to solution-processed thin film transistor by POM as an interfacial layer. Her interests include interface engineering, solid-state physics, fabrication, characterization, and optimization of optoelectronic devices such as OFET, OPV, etc.
