Biography

Erkan Ülker was born in 1977 in Isparta, Turkey. He is a Professor at Konya Technical University, Institute of Software Department, Computer Engineering Department. He also serves as the Head of Computer Software Department. Erkan Ülker is a graduate of Selcuk University. Erkan Ülker worked as a lecturer at Selçuk University Computer Engineering Department between 1999-2018. He joined the Department of Computer Engineering at Konya Technical University in 2018 and has been working as the Head of the Software Department since 2019. In addition, Erkan Ülker is the founder and general manager of BAY E Bilişim since 2013. Erkan Ülker is a volunteer for IEEE, AAAS, ACM, AAAI and IFSA. He has published extensively (more than 50 articles) on a wide variety of topics related to the design, design and analysis of information/intelligent systems, artificial intelligence, computer graphics, soft computing, heuristic algorithms, computer-aided engineering. He serves on the review boards of different journals. His current research focuses on deep learning, semantics of natural languages, computational theory of perceptions, machine learning, big data analytics, computer vision, image processing, blockchain and new heuristic algorithms.
