Biography

She was born on 09.04.1971 in Konya. She is married and has only one child. She completed his high school education in Istanbul Atatürk Science High School and her undergraduate studies in Hacettepe Food Engineering in 1996. She worked in the private sector between 1996-2010, both internationally and locally. In the meantime, she received his master`s degree in 2003-2006 and doctorate in 2006-2014 in Department of Food Hygiene and Technology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Selcuk University. In 2011, she started to work as a lecturer in Food Processing Dept, Vocational High School of Technical Sciences at Konya Technical University. Currently in the same department, she works as a Assist.prof.dr. Emphasizing personal development outside of her field, she attended certified Finance and Business training in 1997 and certified Life Coaching in 2018. She continues to work in her field, especially on functional foods, bioactive compounds, dairy products, healthy life and nutrition.
