He received his BSc, MSc and Ph.D. degrees in industrial engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He is a Professor in the Industrial Engineering Department of Konya Technical University, Engineering and Natural Science Faculty. He works on job scheduling, quality control, intelligent systems and multiple criteria decision making.
