Abstract: This study is on architecture, the city, film, and memory. Through the analysis of two contemporary Dublin films, Goldfish Memory and Adam and Paul, the following research questions are discussed: How can cinematic representations of cities contribute to memory making in these complex urban environments? And specifically, what do its cinematic representations in the Celtic Tiger period reveal about contemporary Dublin and spatial memory?
