dc.description.abstract What adds soul, identity and memory to every space that has existed on Earth is the societies that live on it. Generally, societies live their lives in the same regions for a long time and establish their own culture and improve it over time. They also produce artistic products as a reflection of the cultures they develop. However, many communities have had to emigrate due to various reasons in almost every era and every region. Although many communities have migrated, they have continued to carry their cultures in the regions they have gone through, adding experiences they have experienced in the migration process. It preserves the cultures they have acquired over many years and reflects the products they produce in the light of their cultures. Conditions that cause them to migrate; sometimes the climate of the region is unfavourable, sometimes it is the period of exile, which is the result of the change of sovereignty. In the process of exile, sorrows painted into the memory of societies have become a subject of many arts such as literature, music and cinema in national and international mosques as a cultured experience of those societies. The reflections of this process in architecture are found in works designed in various regions of the world. In this study, Ahiska Turks and their sorrows in the process who were exiled from the Caucasus were depicted through a monumental structure. For this purpose, it has been aimed to transfer the feelings to the structure design by embodying the meaning values of colors, forms and objects. On this count, the anguish that they lived in the process of exile from the Caucasus was taken away from an abstract point of view and turned into a concrete model. en_US
