Abstract
Bu araştırma, 2018 yılında Konya ekolojik şartlarında yetiştirilen karabuğdayın farklı gelişme dönemlerinde (Çiçeklenme öncesi, Tam çiçeklenme, Tohum bağlama başı, Tohum bağlama sonu dönemleri) hasat edilip, bu gelişme dönemlerinin verim ve kalite özellikleri üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Deneme “Tesadüf Bloklarında Faktöriyel Deneme Desenine” göre üç tekerrürlü olacak şekilde kurulmuştur. Araştırmada, farklı gelişme dönemlerine ait elde edilen sonuçlara göre; bitki boyu 21.24-89.79 cm; yaş herba verimi 114.60-1520.30 kg/da; kuru herba verimi; 29.45-413.85 kg/da; tohum verimi 168.64 kg/da; toplam fenol miktarı 50.54-139.72 mg/g; toplam flavonoit miktarı 1.60-152.77 mg/g; rutin miktarı herbada %2.17-3.01 arasında değişmiş olup, tohumda ortalama rutin miktarı %0.103 olarak tespit edilmiştir.
This research was carried out in 2018 to determine the effects of buckwheat grown in Konya ecological conditions on the yield and quality characteristics of buckwheat harvested in different development periods (Before flowering, Full bloom, Beginning of seed setting, End of seed setting). The experiment was established as three replications according to the "Factorial Experiment Pattern in Random Blocks". According to the results obtained from different development periods in the research; plant height 21.24-89.79 cm; fresh herb yield 114,60-1520,30 kg/da; dry herb yield; 29.45-413.85 kg/da; seed yield 168.64 kg/da; total amount of phenol 50.54-139.72 mg/g; total amount of flavonoids 1.60-152.77 mg/g; The amount of rutin in the herb varied between 2.17-3.01%, and the average amount of rutin in the seed was determined as 0.103%.
