Mürekkeplerin Yapısal Özelliklerinden Dolayı Baskıda Oluşan Renk ve Ton Hataları

Abstract

Baskı teknolojilerinde ve ofset baskı makinelerinde kullanılan mürekkepler ve rengini veren kimyasalların orjinale uygun renk ve ton değerlerinin oluşumunda önemli bir etkisi vardır. Kullanılan mürekkeplerin yapısı baskı kalitesi ile üretim performansını etkileyen önemli faktörlerdendir. Çalışmada her ne kadar renk serileri aynı olsa da farklı markalarda mürekkepler kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı baskı teknolojilerinde kullanılan farklı markalara sahip mürekkeplerin baskıda elde edilen renk ve ton değerlerine ve sonuca ne kadar etkili olduğunu bulma adına yapılmıştır. Yapılan deneysel çalışmalar sonucunda elde edilen farklı mürekkeplerle yapılmış baskı sonuçlarının baskı kalitesine ve renk ton değerlerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Baskısı yapılmış çalışmaların densitometrik ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Densitometrik incelenmelerde ve bilgisayar ortamında yapılan renk analizlerinde mürekkeplerin renk kodları aynı olmasına rağmen mürekkeplerin kimyasal yapı farklılıklarından dolayı renk ve ton değerleri, baskı örneklerinde farklı çıktığı görülmüştür.

The inks and chemicals used in printing technologies and offset printing machines have a significant effect on the formation of color and tone values appropriate to the original. The structure of the inks used is one of the important factors affecting print quality and production performance. Different brands of inks were used in the study, although the color series was the same. The aim of this study was to find out how effective inks with different brands used in printing technologies are to the color and tone values and results obtained in printing. As a result of the experimental studies, the effect of printing results made with different inks on the print quality and color tone values were examined. Densitometric measurements of the printed studies were made. Although the color codes of the inks were the same in the densitometric investigations and color analyzes carried out in the computer environment, it was observed that the color and tone values of the inks were different due to the chemical structure differences.
