Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında konsantresi Cengiz Holding bünyesinde bulunan Siirt Madenköy Bakır İşletmesi'ne ait kalkopirit konsantresinin H2O2 etkisinde sitrik asitli ortamda çözünebilirliği araştırılmıştır. Deneyler çeşitli sıcaklıklara ayarlanabilen sıcak su banyosunda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmalarda kalkopirit çözünmesine karıştırma hızının, tane boyutunun, hidrojen peroksit ve sitrik asit konsantrasyonunun etkileri incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre karıştırma hızı, hidrojenperoksit ve sitrik asit derişimi arttıkça bakır çözünme hızlarının göreceli olarak arttığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, kalkopirit tane boyutu ile çözünme hızının ters orantılı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kinetik değerlendirme kullanılarak kalkopiritin hidrojen peroksit etkisinde sitrik asit ortamında n "küçülen çekirdek modeli" ile uyumlu olduğunu ve "1-2/3X-(1-X)2/3==k_d t" ile ifade edildiği belirlenmiştir. 30-60 °C sıcaklık aralığında aktivasyon enerjisi 39.66 kJ/mol olarak hesaplanmıştır.
In this thesis, the solubility of the chalcopyrite concentrate belonging to Siirt Madenköy Bakır Corp. is body of Cengiz Holding. Whose concentrate is within the, in citric acid medium under the influence of H2O2 was investigated. Experiments were carried out in a hot water bath that could be adjusted to various temperatures. In the studies, the effects of mixing speed, grain size, hydrogen peroxide and citric acid concentration on the dissolution of chalcopyrite were investigated. According to the results obtained; It was determined the copper dissolution rates increased relatively as the stirring speed, hydrogen perokside and citrik acid concentrations increased. In addition, it was determined that the chalcopyrite particle sizes and dissoluiton rate were inversely proportional. Using the kinetic evaluations, itwas determined that chalcopyrite was compatible with "shrinking core model" in the citric acid medium under effect hydrogen peroxide and was expressed as " 1-2/3X-(1-X)2/3==k_d " The activation energy was calculated as 39.66 kJ/mol in the temperature range of 30-60 °C.
