Ankara Beypazarı’nda Geleneksel Evlerin Koruma Çalışmalarına Bir Örnek: Ali Ay Evi Restorasyon Projesi

Abstract

Kültürel miras değeri taşıyan tarihi yapıların bazıları tasarlandıkları özgün fonksiyonun çağın gereklerine cevap vermemesi, yapıda meydana gelen bozulmalar, kent ve toplumda meydana gelen sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel değişimlerden dolayı terk kaynaklı atıl durumda kalmaktadır. Bu durumda mimari koruma disiplinine uygun şekilde yapıya restorasyon çalışmalarında müdahaleler gerekmektedir. Yapıya uygun olan yeni işlevin belirlenmesi ve yapıların günümüz şartları doğrultusunda kullanışlı hale getirilmesi bu sorunun çözülerek yapıların gelecek nesillere sağlıklı bir biçimde aktarılmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada UNESCO Dünya mirası geçici listesindeki alanlar içinde yer alan Ankara’nın tarihi Beypazarı kentinden geleneksel bir ev örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Kentte koruma çalışmaları içerisinde kentin kültürünü, yaşam biçimini, mimari üslubunu yansıtan tarihi evlere yönelik tespit, belgeleme ve restorasyon çalışmaları yürütülmektedir. Bu çalışmalar içinde ele alınan yapılardan birisi olan Ali Ay Evi kentsel sit alanı içerisinde kalan Zafer Mahallesi, Milli Egemenlik Caddesi üzerinde bulunan 982 ada 6 parselde yer almaktadır. Günümüzde kullanılmayan iki katlı, zemin ve birinci katında taş ve ahşabın farklı yapım teknikleri ile birlikte kullanıldığı (bağdadi, hımış, yığma) sofalı plan tipine sahiptir. Zemin kat ortak servis alanları (ahır ve samanlık), birinci katta ise yaşama birimler yer almaktadır. Yapının kent içindeki yerinin kente ve topluma katkı sunarak ayakta kalabilmesi için restorasyon çalışmasına ihtiyacı vardır. Bu kapsamda yapının tanımsal belgeleme metodolojisi ile analizi yapılmış (rölöve), özgün halini ortaya koyan restitüsyon çizimleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Restorasyon projesinde strüktürel risk analizi ve fiziki durumuyla birlikte yapının yeniden kullanımına yönelik getirilen yeni işlevin ihtiyaç programına uygun restorasyon projesi ortaya konulmuştur.

Some of the historical buildings with cultural heritage value are left idle due to the fact that the original function for which they were designed does no.lut meet the requirements of the age, deterioration in the structure, and social, econo.lumic and cultural changes in the city and society. In this case, interventions are required in the restoration works of the building in accordance with the architectural preservation discipline. Determining the new function suitable for the building and making the buildings useful in line with today's conditions solve this problem and ensure that the buildings are transferred to future generations in a healthy way. In this study, a traditional house from the historical Beypazarı city of Ankara, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage tentative list, was chosen as a sample. Within the scope of conservation works in the city, identification, documentation and restoration works are carried out for historical houses that reflect the city's culture, lifestyle and architectural style. Ali Ay Evi, one of the buildings discussed in these studies, is located in Zafer Mahallesi, which is within the urban protected area, on the 982 block 6 parcel on Milli Egemenlik Street. It has two floors, which are no.lut used today, and has a sofa plan type on the ground and first floors, where stone and wood are used together with different construction techniques (bagdadi, hickory, masonry). There are common service areas (barn and hayloft) on the ground floor, and living units on the first floor. In order for the building to survive by contributing to the city and society, it needs restoration work. In this context, the analysis of the building was made using the descriptive documentation methodology (survey) and the restitution drawings revealing its original state were made. In the restoration project, along with the structural risk analysis and physical condition, the restoration project in accordance with the need program of the new function brought for the reuse of the building was put forward.
