Abstract
Sağlık sistemi içinde önemli bir rolü bulunan hastaneler sürekli kendini geliştirmek, kalitesini artırarak hizmet sunmak ve hastaların ihtiyaç ve beklentilerine cevap vermek durumundadırlar. Büyük bir rekabetin yaşandığı sağlık sektöründe başarılı olabilmek için teknolojik gelişmelerin sağladığı imkânları ve hizmet kalitesini ve buna bağlı olarak hastaların memnuniyetinin düzeyini artırarak rekabette fark oluşturulabilir. Araştırmada Konya'da bulunan özel hastanelerin sunmuş oldukları hizmet kalitesinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Örneklem grubunu Konya ilindeki devlet üniversitelerinde çalışmakta olan akademik personel oluşturmuştur. SERVQUAL (Service Quality Scale-Hizmet Kalitesi Ölçeği) ölçeği kullanılarak akademik personelin özel hastanelerdeki hizmet kalitesi boşluğu (algılama-beklenti) değerlendirilmiştir. Veriler SPSS 20 istatistiksel paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bağımsız örneklem t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), korelasyon analizi teknikleri yardımıyla uygulanarak yorumlanmıştır.
Hospitals, which have an important role in the health system, must constantly improve themselves, improve their quality and provide services and respond to the needs and expectations of patients. In order to be successful in the health sector where there is a great competition, a difference can be made in the competition by increasing the level of satisfaction of the technological developments and the quality of service and accordingly the satisfaction of the patients. The aim of this study was to evaluate the service quality of private hospitals in Konya. The sample group consisted of academic personnel working in state universities in Konya. The service quality gap (perception-expectation) of the academic personnel in private hospitals was evaluated by using the SERVQUAL (Service Quality Scale) scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 statistical package program. Independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), has been interpreted with the help of correlation analysis techniques.
