    Separation of Defected Products From Production Line With a Robotic Arm Via Image Processing Methods

    This study detected the defected chocolate packages by image processing methods and separated them from the conveyor by a robotic arm. In the system, it was assumed that a conveyor belt system was set at the output of the packaging machine. The products transferred from the packaging machine to the conveyor were photographed in real-time from a fixed point with a camera while the conveyor belt was operating. The packages in the images acquired were classified as non-defected / defected. When improperly packaged chocolate is detected, the robot arm separated the product from the conveyor belt. The proposed method can detect the packaging performance of the machine with the camera quality control system and ensure that the necessary improvements can be made depending on the machine's performance. In this way, the performance of the produced packaging machine can be increased. © 2021 Copyright for this paper by its authors.     Kentsel dönüşüm uygulamaları kent merkezlerinde sıklıkla uygulanmaktadır. Bu uygulamalar özellikle deprem kuşağında yer alan ülkemizde ki riskli yapı stokunun güncellenmesi için hayati bir öneme sahiptir. Ancak aynı şekilde tasarım ve kullanım ömürlerini tamamlamış sanayi yapıları için kentsel dönüşüm uygulamaları yaygınlaşmamıştır. Ayrıca sanayi bölgelerinde yer alan eski sanayi yapıları modern üretime mekan sağlayacak teknik özelliklere de sahip değildir. Bu nedenle Covid 19 pandemisi sonrası değişen ve kapasite kullanımının artırılmasının son derece önem kazandığı günümüzde eski yapıların bu ihtiyaçlara cevap verebilmesi mümkün değildir. Son dönemde artan enerji maliyetleri üretim maliyetlerini de olumsuz etkilemektedir. Küresel piyasalarda rekabet edebilmek için üretim maliyetinin düşürülmesi gereklidir. Bu nedenle de enerji sarfiyatlarında tasarruf edilmesi sanayi üretimleri için kritik öneme sahiptir. Çalışma kapsamında örneklem için Konya Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde yer alan 2. Genişleme bölgesi örneklem için seçilmiştir. Eski sanayi yapıları güncel mevzuatlara göre yeniden analiz edilmiş ve yetersiz performansa sahip oldukları için çeşitli kriterle tekrardan inşa edilmelerinin maliyetleri incelenmiştir. Yeni yapılacak yapıların cephe ve çatılarında maksimum enerji tasarrufu sağlayacak bina kabuğu oluşturulmuş ve maliyeti irdelenmiştir.
