| gperson.biography | He was born in 1963 in Eskişehir/İnönü. He completed his undergraduate studies in Dokuz Eylul University Mining Engineering Department in 1985, his master`s degree in 1989 and doctorate in 1995 at the Middle East Technical University Mining Engineering Department. He was appointed as a Research Assistant in 1989 and Assistant Professor in 1995 at the Department of Mining Engineering at Cumhuriyet University. He worked as Assistant Professor in 1998, Associate Professor in 2010 and Professor in 2016 at Selçuk University Mining Engineering Department. He has been working as a Professor in the Mining Engineering Department of Konya Technical University since 2018. Subjects of expertise: Rock mechanics, strata control in underground openings, empirical and numerical analysis, support design, slope stability in open pit mines, in-situ instrumentation, mine planning. | tr |
