KISIT PROGRAMLAMA VE HEDEF PROGRAMLAMA ENTEGRASYONU İLE VARDİYA ÇİZELGELEMESİ: HİDROELEKTRİK SANTRAL UYGULAMASI
(Konya Technical University, 2020) Özcan, Evrencan; Alakaş, Hacı Mehmet; Yelek, Ayşe; Eren, Tamer
Sustainable energy supply, which is defined as the production of the energy required by social life through uninterrupted, reliable, timely, clean and economical ways and its supply at the most affordable prices, is of great importance for developed and developing countries. Hydroelectric power plants which is the most advanced renewable energy technology with approximately 20% share of the world energy mix has critical importance for the realization of sustainable energy supply in Turkey as well as all over the world. Hydroelectric power plants have a shift work schedule as in all electricity generation power plants. It is important that scheduling the personnel, who ensure to keep from long- term failures that can occur and to continue uninterrupted generation in these continuous production facilities analytically in line with the demands of the company and legal obligations. Starting from this, in this study, the problem of scheduling of personnel working in a hydroelectric power plant has been addressed. For the solution of the problem, the model in which constraint programming and goal programming are integrated has been proposed for the first time in the literature. As a result of the solution of this integrated model created with real data, an optimal 31-day schedule was obtained for 28 staff working in 3 shifts. The demands of the company and the satisfaction of the personnel were ensured by making a fair and balanced appointment among the shift teams in the new schedule.

A Multi-Criteria Decision Model for the Localization Problem of the Rail System Train Equipment
(Konya Technical University, 2021) Gençer, Muhammed Abdullah; Özcan, Evren Can; Eren, Tamer
Starting from %51 in 2012, the use of domestic equipment is expected to reach 80% with the President the Repuplic of Turkey 11th Development Plan in all the rail system equipment. One of the most important steps in achieving the development goals in localization studies is the proper analysis of the equipment to realize the production of rail system equipment. This study provides a method for equipment prioritization, which is an important step towards achieving development goals. In this study, 28 system equipment is analyzed in urban heavy rail vehicles and all equipment for rail system vehicles is divided into 15 main type of equipment. Equipment prioritization is made for multi-criteria decision-making methods for 15 vehicles equipment. In the determination of the criteria, 3 main criteria and 7 sub-criteria are determined based on the literature research and expert opinion. The categorized equipment is calculated according to criteria by ANP and priority values are obtained. By using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method with priority values, the priority order to be used in the localization of the main system equipment is obtained. Then, the results of the ANP and TOPSIS is compared for consistency. The Drive and Motor System, which is one of the most important cost items for the operation and operation of rail vehicles for both methods in achieving the localization goal of the equipment in order of priority, has been determined as the equipment that needs to be localizated. There is no study in the literature on determining the priority order for the localization of train equipment for sustainable transport. It is thought that this study will be a pioneer in the studies to be carried out in this field and the targets of the localization of the countries.
