With the increasing population, agriculture is performed with limited water resources. In this study, land use/cover data in Konya Closed Basin, where agriculture is intensive, were examined from an agricultural point of view. Temporal and spatial analyses of the Coordination of Information on the Environment (CORINE) data was performed. The data for the years 1990, 2000, 2006, 2012 and 2018 obtained from CORINE have been reclassified according to their agricultural irrigation status. The change over time and spatial distribution of the total areas of the new classes created were examined. According to the results obtained, most of the irrigable agricultural lands were defined in the category of non-irrigated agricultural lands after 2012. In addition, non-irrigated arable lands have an increasing trend, while other agricultural lands, regularly irrigated lands and non-agricultural areas have a decreasing trend.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessLand Use/CoverCORINEKonya Closed BasinInvestigation of Land Use/Cover Development From Agricultural Perspective in Konya Closed Basin, TurkeyConference Object
