In addition, considering the cost of conventional steel reinforcement, the search for an alternative reinforcing element continues. In this search, GFRP reinforcements are tested, necessary corrections are made and whether or not they can be used in building elements is included in this study. Both corrosion resistance and light weight of GFRP reinforcement compared to conventional steel reinforcement made this research important. Theses, articles and publications etc. researched in detail and combined in this study. In addition, three GFRP reinforcements were subjected to tensile tests and the results and recommendations were indicated in the study.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessTensile TestStrengthTraditional Steel ReinforcementGFRP ReinforcementStrengtheningDuctilityGfrp Donatıların İnşaat Mühendisliğinde KullanımıConference Object
