There are many ways to conduct performance analysis. One of them is the proven method of assessing performance through 360-degree feedback. In this method, employees rate their supervisors, their peers, their managers, and themselves. For team leaders working in the regional office of a telecommunications company, a 360-degree performance assessment method was used. For competencies, one of the four main components of the performance system, 8 team leaders were interviewed. A competency score was calculated. To test the consistency of the calculated score, the Neutrosophic Analytical Hierarchy Process (N-AHP) method was proposed. In the first step of the model, a decision matrix was constructed using the data obtained from the survey method. In the second step, the relative importance weights of eight competency in the calculation of the competency score were determined. In the third step, these weights were used to determine the competency rankings of eight team leaders. This was done using the N-AHP method. The results of the two methods were compared. It was found that the Neutrosophic method used in the study produced results that were consistent with each other. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessCompetency AnalysisNeutrosophic Analytical Hierarchy ProcessNeutrosophic SetsTelecommunication CompanyCompetitive intelligenceDecision makingHierarchical systemsHuman resource managementJob analysisSupervisory personnelTelecommunication industryAnalytical Hierarchy ProcessAnalytical hierarchy process methodCompetency AnalysisEmployee performanceMonitoring and analysisMulticriteria decision making methodsNeutrosophic analytical hierarchy processNeutrosophic setsTeam leadersTelecommunication companiesPersonnel ratingCompetency Analysis With a Neutrosophic Multi-Criteria Decision Making MethodConference Object10.1007/978-3-031-67192-0_792-s2.0-85203187384
