The result of it, controlling of the electrical system is getting more difficult day by day. The importance of communication also has increased in direct proportion with the control. So, the systems need remotely control and communication system by advanced technologies with distributed energy resources. It means that, transforming the existing electrical grid into the smart grid requires remote control for the development of communication and control system. It provides more efficient, more convenient and more reliable systems and its structures are being researched in this study. Communication structures used in control requirements and integration of renewable electrical sources are studied. Then, new smart micro grid system model is designed which is used with power line communication infrastructure. It contains distributed energy resources; electric vehicles system and the overall system is simulated by Matlab.
