However, when the building stock in our country is examined, it is seen that most of the buildings are built according to the old regulations. Similarly, there are buildings designed in accordance with old and new regulations in İzmir province. In this study, a building was modelled and analyzed with time-domain based on the acceleration records of İzmir Earthquake (31.10.2020) according to both Turkey Building Earthquake Regulations in 2007 and 2018. Analyzes were made with a nonlinear structural analysis programand the differences between the two earthquake regulations were evaluated in terms of Izmir earthquake. In the TEC 2007 regulation, since the design spectral acceleration values in the tail part of the spectrum curve after TB are higher than the TEC 2018 regulation, similar results were obtained in the base shear force value.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessIzmir EarthquakeBuilding StockTime History AnalysisTEC 2018TEC 2007Comparison of Tec 2018 and Tec 2007 According To İzmir Earthquake Acceleration RecordConference Object
