Biography

Assistant Professor Dr. Emine GURPINAR GULER was born on April 1, 1983 in Karaisalı / ADANA. She completed her undergraduate, Master’s and Doktorate at Cukurova University. She completed her Master`s working on the setup of the CASTOR calorimeter and calibration of the HCAL detector in the CMS (Compact Muon Selonoid) experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN. She completed her PhD working on the analysis of resonant particles beyond the Standard Model. Between the years 2016-2017, she continued her research on Dark Matter and resonance particles at Texas Tech University as a postdoctoral researcher. She worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Energy Systems between the years 2018-2020. As of August, 2020, she has worked as assistant professor in the Department of Basic Sciences at Konya Technical University.
